Preventive dentistry
Regular check-ups, scaling, polishing, fluoride treatment and fissure sealing for children. The cheapest tooth is the one that never needs treatment.
Root canal treatment
When decay reaches the nerve, root canal treatment can save the tooth instead of extracting it. Done under local anaesthetic, without pain.
Fillings and restoring teeth
Tooth-coloured fillings. Before orthodontic treatment the teeth need to be restored.
X-ray room
OPG and cephalometric X-rays
The practice has its own X-ray room with a NewTom GO unit. An X-ray takes a few seconds and appears on the monitor straight away.
OPG (panoramic X-ray)
Shows all the teeth, roots, jaws and the teeth that have yet to come through. The basic X-ray for orthodontics and general dentistry.
Cephalometric (lateral) X-ray
A side view of the head on which the orthodontist measures how the jaws, teeth and facial profile relate. Essential for planning orthodontic treatment and following growth.
